No swim aids for testing
- Perform a forward roll
- Using a good stroke swim 25 metres
- Achieve horizontal position on back using both arms and legs to swim 10 metres showing correct technique
- Push and glide on front with arms extended, face in water and stable position for 5 metres
- Swim 15 metres using correct breast stroke technique
- Using a float demonstrate simultaneous breast stroke leg action with feet turned out over 10 metres
- Tread water for 10 seconds
- Perform a dolphin kick for 10 metres
- Retrieve object from bottom of pool in water deeper than standing depth
- Achieve 10 metres front crawl including correct breathing to the side
