We offer a variety of fitness classes which are fun and a good workout. Our classes range from low impact to the more intense and guide you through every step with our fantastic instructors. You can enjoy it with a friend or meet new people each week. If you prefer outdoor sports, you can enjoy a game of football or rugby on our large outdoor 3G pitches or even play tennis or netball. Our swimming pools are great fun too.
