No swim aids for testing
- Hold side and blow bubbles for 5 seconds and repeat
- Using a front paddle swim 15 metres
- Hold a star float on back in horizontal position for 10 seconds and on front for 5 seconds
- Achieve a horizontal position on back and swim 10 metres
- Perform a soldier jump into the water without assistance
- Push and glide in horizontal position on front
- Swim through a fully submerged hoop
- Push and glide on back
- Show a breaststroke leg action on the front using floats for 5 metres
- Show a dolphin leg kick on front or back for 5 metres
