Step 5

No swim aids for testing

  1. Hold side and blow bubbles for 5 seconds and repeat
  2. Using a front paddle swim 15 metres
  3. Hold a star float on back in horizontal position for 10 seconds and on front for 5 seconds
  4. Achieve a horizontal position on back and swim 10 metres
  5. Perform a soldier jump into the water without assistance
  6. Push and glide in horizontal position on front
  7. Swim through a fully submerged hoop
  8. Push and glide on back
  9. Show a breaststroke leg action on the front using floats for 5 metres
  10. Show a dolphin leg kick on front or back for 5 metres
