High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a specialised workout that involves short periods of maximum intensity, body-weight exercises separated by short rest periods. Designed for boosting overall cardiovascular fitness, endurance and fat loss.

LIIT: Low Impact Interval Training
Low-impact interval training (LIIT) is made up of a mix of low-impact exercises with rest intervals between each. LIIT is a great form of body weight exercise for cardiovascular and strength training and is suitable for all abilities and levels.
Low Impact Fitness
Designed for over 50’s to keep muscles and joints supple whilst maintaining coordination and balance. Also ideal for those returning to exercise and wanting to start with a low impact class.

Shape & Tone
An energetic workout that includes both cardiovascular and step exercises in the same class. Designed to improve your overall fitness, tone your body and burn calories.
Using the step, this is an excellent all over body workout improving fitness whilst strengthening and toning.
Dance your way to fitness at One Leisure. Zumba fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a class that will blow you away. Ditch the workout, join the party!
Zumba Gold
Zumba Gold is based on the original concept of Zumba with a Latin dance inspired workout and party atmosphere. Exercises are low impact and slower making it ideal for beginners, those  returning to exercise or seniors.
Total Body Tone
A full body workout focussing on toning up the whole body using a mix of weight training, body weight exercises and cardio.

ATTENTION! Our indoor boot camps are no nonsense workouts that feature circuit stations, shuttle runs, burpees plus agility and fitness drills which are designed to push you to the limit.
Circuit Training
Combines cardiovascular fitness with muscle strength and endurance exercises by moving around different workout stations. Work to your own ability and fitness.

Cyclone Indoor Cycling

COACH By Colour
A specific Indoor Cycling class to music using the very popular Coach By Colour system that our fantastic bikes have. Once you have your own unique fitness level, you will be able to connect with your friends and your instructor to all perform the same workout intensity as each other regardless of your fitness level.
Cyclone Beginner Session
This session has been designed to introduce you to the bike before you attend a class. If you are brand new or simply want a refresher then this session is an ideal one to attend. You'll learn how to set your bike up correctly for ultimate comfort, perform a fitness test and experience a 9 minute Coach By Colour workout so that you can learn how the bike works. We recommend attending this session to give you the best experience possible in your first class.
Cyclone Start Up
This class is aimed at anyone who wants a bit more support to get started on the IC7 bikes. This could be because: You have a medical condition that means you would like extra guidance and support / would like to work at a moderate intensity, or you would feel more comfortable starting at a session where there is someone there to assist. This may be with a view to moving on to other sessions when you are happy to do so or long-term adherence.

Right Start

RightStart 1
Chair-based exercise - All exercises take place in the chair and no standing is required. This level is suitable for wheelchair users. 
RightStart 2
Chair and strength exercise - Exercises take place in the chair. Standing alternatives are available for people who wish to increase their strength and stamina.
RightStart 3
Strength and balance exercise - This is a strength and balance class and will suit people progressing from Level 1 and 2 or people who can stand for short periods of time. The chair is used for support when standing.
RightStart 4
Postural stability - A progressive falls-prevention class that includes strength, balance, and postural stability work.
RightStart 5
Aerobic/circuit type exercise - Suitable for people who are slightly more active, with stable medical conditions and for those progressing from Level 3. A fun, social class with light to moderate exercise based around circuit stations to help improve flexibility, strength, and stamina.
RightStart Cycling
An indoor cycling class for those that are new to exercise, have a medical condition or require extra support to exercise.
Cardiac Rehabilitation
Specialised exercise classes are designed for people who have had a heart attack or heart surgery and want to improve their health and fitness. Classes are delivered by BACPR instructors. A referral is required to attend these sessions.

A fun, age and dementia-friendly seated movement class to music/ Physical, emotional & cognitive benefits designed to get you moving more and having fun!


Fitness Pilates
Fitness Pilates produces more effective stretching, strengthening and balancing of the body through specific exercises and focused breathing patterns.
A relaxing class, aimed at improving posture, body alignment, breathing, muscular strength and control.
Wellness Class
A perfect opportunity to give something back to your body. If you are tired, achey or injured, use this class to stretch, mobilise and rebalance your mind and body. Class includes stretching, mobility, breathing and flexibility exercises. For any age and fitness level.
Through the practice of different postures, breathing exercises and meditation, yoga makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit. Helps boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture.
Yoga Stretch and Relax 
Focussing on teaching the physical postures of yoga with an emphasis on the breath. Work your muscles to move better, bend more easily and reach higher!


Abs Blast
A toning and strengthening class focusing on the upper legs, butt, back, abdominals and deep core muscles.
Bars and Bells
A weights based class focussed on increasing strength while using Barbells, Kettlebells and Dumbbells
Body Attack
High-energy sports move for fitness and body conditioning exercises for strength. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Body Pump

Body Sculpt
Body Sculpt is a non-aerobic workout suitable for all fitness levels. It is an overall muscle toning class, usually focussed on core strength to help build cardiovascular endurance. Areas worked are bum, legs, arms and core, while challenging heart & lungs with calorie burning exercises.
Boxing Blast / Pad Boxing

Combining pad and bag work, this cardio and strength based boxing fusion is a fun and stress busting way to start your day.


A 45-minute High-Intensity Interval Training Session is designed to work the entire body using fast-paced exercise with short rest periods. Utilising all of our functional training equipment including suspension training, kettlebells, barbells and body weight


Kettlebell training is different than other forms of weight training because many parts of the body are exercised simultaneously, and in addition kettlebell training elevates the heart rate for effective cardiovascular training.
Legs, Bums & Tums
An energetic aerobic class which focuses on strengthening and toning the lower half of the body. Helps improve co-ordination, flexibility and stamina.
A class designed to utilise hand weights, kettlebells, barbells and your own body weight to improve strength and muscle tone.
Weights to Music
Use barbells and weights with a structured exercise routine focussed on strengthening and toning your body.

Water Based

A relaxing and fun class for women during and after their pregnancy.
A fun workout in the pool using the resistance of the water for all over toning.
RightStart Aqua 
A lower intensity Aquafit class. Improve strength, endurance, and flexibility - all without putting excess pressure through the joints.
