You must book and pay for all holiday activities in advance (except swimming, roller skating and soft play sessions).  There are limited spaces for each activity so you are advised to book early to guarantee your place.

With a One Card, you can book children's school holidays activities in advance by phone or in person (selected activities can be booked online).  Every child must have their own One Card which is free of charge to apply for and will save you money.

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.  We accept payment by cash, debit or credit card. There is no surcharge for payments by debit or credit card.  Cheque payments are not accepted.

48 hours notice is required for cancellation of kids holiday clubs and all other pre-booked activities. We will give a minimum of 48 hours notice if we have to cancel an activity due to low numbers booked on.  A full refund will be given if we cancel a course due to insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances.

Some activities such as kids holiday clubs will require you to complete medical and parental consent forms.

For your safety on outdoor activities please wear appropriate clothing and bring a drink, hat and suncream.  Outdoor activities run subject to weather conditions.
